Once you submit your application, an NALP ELEVATE Team Member will process your registration and payment. You will receive an emailed receipt as well as an event confirmation email with details on the event and where to book your housing in our discounted housing block.

Cancellation Policy

For ALL registration fees, including ticketed events: Cancellations received by close of business Friday, October 23, 2026, will receive a full refund, less a $150 processing fee per registration cancelled. To receive a partial refund, a cancellation notice must be received by the stated cancellation deadline and submitted in writing to elevate@landscapeprofessionals.org. No refunds will be granted for requests received after Friday, October 23, 2026. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Substitution Policy

A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference. To transfer your ELEVATE event registration to another member of your company, please email NALP Events. Onsite transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
